The text reflects on a day centered on care as a collective and feminist practice, beginning with a gathering at Bikini Books, where friendship is framed as a methodology for building networks, collaborations, and knowledge.

Through shared presentations, the group explored practices connected to memory, publishing, walking, and everyday forms of resistance. This was followed by a feminist walk through Porto, which critically revisited the city’s monuments and absences, questioning whose histories are visible and whose are erased.

Combining discussion and small interventions in public space, the experience highlighted care as a spatial and political practice, enacted through collective presence, temporary gestures, and the continuous effort to re-inscribe marginalized narratives into the city.
